Rockport, ME 鈥� Pen Bay Medical Center is pleased to welcome Chandler Blodgett, PharmD, to its team. Chandler, who previously worked as a staff pharmacist and pharmacy manager at the Hannaford supermarket in Camden, will serve as manager of The Pharmacy at PBMC.
After earning his doctor of pharmacy degree from Northeastern University in 2012, Chandler joined the Hannaford pharmacy at the company鈥檚 Rockland location. He then worked at the Belfast Hannaford before moving to the store鈥檚 Camden location.
During his time in pharmacy school, Chandler held intern positions at Boston鈥檚 Healthcare for Homeless People, Walgreens, Boston Medical Center, VA Medical Center in Boston, Neponset Health Center, Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center, and Mount Auburn Hospital. Years ago he also worked as a commercial clam harvester for Bayley鈥檚 Seafood in Scarborough.
The Pharmacy at Pen Bay Medical Center, the full-service retail pharmacy located inside the hospital, has temporarily adjusting its hours of operation. The Pharmacy is now open Monday through Friday from 9 am to 7 pm and on Saturdays and Sundays from 10 am to 3 pm.
