I enjoy working in the emergency department where each day has new experiences and challenges. When patients come to the emergency department they are often in pain and scared. It is an honor to try to work with everyone and provide care and comfort at such a scary time. I enjoy using ultrasound and teaching patients and other providers about the benefits of ultrasound. While not in the hospital I enjoy spending time outdoors working on our small farm and hiking the many beautiful trails of Maine with my husband and yellow Labradors.
