I believe in shared decision making between patients and provider to help navigate medical decisions. This is especially important in advanced heart failure, where I hope to form lasting relationships with my patients as we navigate through complex disease processes together over time. I am extremely excited to be able to provide the highest level of care to patients closer to home in a community setting. When I'm not working, I enjoy spending time with my wife and children, sailing, skiing, and participating in triathlons.
