I have always enjoyed helping others and living a healthy, active lifestyle. As a sports medicine doctor, I love helping members of my community return to the activities they enjoy.

I trained with some of the best sports medicine surgeons in the world during my residency and fellowship. While I always focus on non-operative and conservative treatments methods first, if surgery is necessary, I prefer arthroscopy, using a small camera. This allows for quicker surgery, smaller incisions and faster recovery!

Whether you’re a varsity athlete, a weekend warrior (like me!), or a grandparent that wants to be active with their family, I will work with you to achieve those goals and “get back out there!�
