I am a firm believer in the process of recovery. We are all knocked down at some pointâ€� that is life. But we all struggle in our own ways to stand up again and move forward. 

While I specialize in behavioral health issues, I believe that good health care considers the mind and the body.  It is vital that an individual’s behavioral health team and primary care team communicate. 

Aside from work, I enjoy lots of outdoor activities; running, mountain biking, paddle boarding, skiing, and trying to keep up with my teenage son.
