As a hospitalist, I get the chance to take care of patients coming to the hospital with a wide range of medical problems. While treating patient’s acute illnesses, I find it important to not forget that people’s backgrounds and issues outside of the hospital are important in the overall healing process. It is crucial to make sure that both myself and my patients have involvement in making decisions to obtain the best outcomes. In my free time, I enjoy reading books, skiing, and watching movies. I love living in the Portland area and taking advantage of the tremendous food scene and great outdoor activities!
