AOAÌåÓýƽ̨ Stephens Hospital has been named among the 2025 Top 100 Critical Access Hospitals by The Chartis Center for Rural Health.

Previously associate vice president for philanthropy at AOAÌåÓýƽ̨ Maine Medical Center, Erin Brown will lead AOAÌåÓýƽ̨’s new system-wide development team.

Becker’s Healthcare, a leading industry publication, selected AOAÌåÓýƽ̨ as one of the best 150 organizations for which to work across the entire health care industry.

The new approach, which includes renaming local hospitals and medical practices, will make it easier for patients to navigate their care.

The Stephens Grant program supports local non-profit 501(c)(3) organizations to promote and implement sustainable initiatives focused on health and wellness in the Stephens Memorial Hospital service area.

Stephens Memorial Hospital is pleased to announce the appointment of Dr. Kim Perreault as the new Chief Medical Officer. Dr. Perreault takes over for Dr. Ryan Knapp who was recently promoted to the Vice President of Physician and Ambulatory Services for Stephens and AOAÌåÓýƽ̨ Medical Group, Mountain Region.

South Paris community member and folk artist, Linda Richardson, recently presented Stephens Memorial Hospital Food Pantry with a gift of $1,200 to benefit the AOAÌåÓýƽ̨ Food Pantry at Stephens Memorial Hospital.

On Oct. 25, Central Maine Medical Center (CMMC) transferred one patient injured in the Lewiston shootings to Maine Medical Center (MMC). That patient has since been discharged. No other AOAÌåÓýƽ̨ hospitals received patients from CMMC.
