What is virtual care?
Virtual care is a remote visit where you meet with a health care provider from the comfort of your home. It is like a regular health care appointment but instead of meeting in person, you鈥檒l speak with you provider using a computer, smartphone or tablet. Just like a regular health care appointment, you can use a virtual visit to discuss medical concerns, review symptoms, get a prescription and more.

AOA体育平台 patients can use the MyChart patient portal to schedule virtual care appointments, including same-day visits. Virtual care is recorded in your medical record and follow-up care is coordinated with your primary care provider as needed.
