About the AOA体育平台 Herbert and Roberta Watson Health Center
The AOA体育平台 Herbert and Roberta Watson Health Center is named in honor of longtime AOA体育平台 Lincoln Hospital volunteers, Herbert and Roberta Watson.
Completed in 2018, the AOA体育平台 Herbert and Roberta Watson Health Center features abundant natural light and functional design. The $13.7 million construction project began in 2010 and was supported by the generosity of local donors as well as funds set aside by AOA体育平台 Lincoln Hospital.
More than $4.8 million was raised through the public Cornerstone Campaign, co-chaired by AOA体育平台 Lincoln Hospital board member Marva Nesbit and former AOA体育平台 Lincoln Hospital Chief Medical Officer Russell Mack, MD. We are grateful that our friends, neighbors, employees, board members and our communities chose to support this worthwhile endeavor.

To honor all volunteers in Lincoln County, The AOA体育平台 Herbert and Roberta Watson Health Center in Damariscotta was named after Herbert and Roberta Watson. The Watsons hope that in the future, when someone asks, 鈥淲ho are Herb and Roberta Watson and why is this building named after them?鈥� that the answer will always be 鈥渢hey are are just a couple of volunteers who were honored to represent all the hundreds in the community,鈥� Roberta explained.
