If you or a loved one received extraordinary care at AOA体育平台 Mid Coast Hospital, AOA体育平台 Geriatric Care Brunswick, or AOA体育平台 CHANS Home Health & Hospice, you may nominate a care team member for an award. The DAISY award is for nurses, while the Spotlight award is for all other care team members.
DAISY Award
The DAISY award is a global program that honors and celebrates the skillful and compassionate care nurses provide every day. The program is active in over 3,000 health care facilities around the world. Honorees are chosen throughout the year and can be nominated by patients, families or colleagues. Award recipients are chosen by a committee of AOA体育平台 Mid Coast Hospital staff.
Spotlight Award
The Spotlight award recognizes the commitment of non-nurse care team members, both clinical and non-clinical, to supporting our mission of caring for the health of our community. Honorees are chosen throughout the year and can be nominated by patients, families or care team members. Award recipients are chosen by a committee of AOA体育平台 Mid Coast Hospital care team members.
