PORTLAND, Maine � On September 20, 2024, Maine Behavioral Healthcare (MBH) in collaboration with the Maine Association of the Deaf will offer an evening of conversation following a screening of the first episode of Morpheyes Studio’s docuseries, “Deaf and…� titled "Deaf Identity."
Deaf Identity showcases the many ways an individual may experience life being Deaf and how embracing our different journeys makes us stronger as a community. Following the film, a panel of experts will share their insights on Deaf identity and how it impacts the community, families, and caregivers.
