Innovative Nurse Residency Program Elevates Behavioral Health Training for New Grads

Expanding on the traditional clinical orientation experience to include behavioral health-specific education, the inaugural new graduate nurse residency program (NRP) with AOAÌåÓýƽ̨ Behavioral Health at Spring Harbor (MHBHSH) has successfully graduated its first class from the program.

AOAÌåÓýƽ̨ Behavioral Health (MHBH) announced today it has selected Dr. Melissa Bowker-Kinley for the role of Vice President of Medical Affairs (VPMA), Child and Adolescent Services.
