Epic practices: Submit referral directly through Epic for all pediatric specialties except Allergy & Immunology, Orthopedics and Rheumatology. See referral pathways below.
Non-Epic practices and to refer to Allergy & Immunology, Orthopedics and Rheumatology: Submit referral via fax.
