Care is delivered by local teams that include professionally-trained nurses, physical and occupational therapists, speech language pathologists, home health aides, nutritional counselors and social workers. With advanced skills and expertise, our clinical team helps patients regain strength after surgery, injury or illness; manage chronic illness; age in place and achieve a higher quality of life.
